Regular cleaning programs ( AMC OR MMC )

The Following Points are the Procedures Of Bright cleaning Company :

First Service :

• The Measurement & No of quantity will be taken in the consents area and the equipment.
• Making the quotation according with the measurement and quantity.
• Trial cleaning will be charge with Fixed mentioned charge & the transportation will be extra.
• The Charge will be including chemicals, cleaning equipment, and cleaning materials & labors.
• The transportation will be charge only above 50 K.M from Coimbatore.
• The First Service charge will be fixed price as per Charge list.
• Start the work after get the proper job request or order from consent management by mail or letter.
• Scaffoldings charge will be extra if necessary scaffolding requirement.
• The service Date & time will be consulting with the consent organizer.
• Required a supervisor or maintenance staff while we doing service to avoid other critical Problems.
• If Need to do some extra work which is not mentioned in the quotation , the charge will be extra.
• The final payment will be receiving within a three working days after completed the service with your satisfaction.

AMC Service:

• The AMC charge will be 30% only per service from the actual charge for monthly basic as 12 months.
• The AMC charges will be 45% only per service from the actual charge for four times in a year.
• The AMC charges will be 65% only per service from the actual charge for two times in a year.
• The Charge will be including chemicals, cleaning equipment, and cleaning materials,& labors.
• The AMC charges will be increase 15 to 20% from AMC charge in every year according with the current economy.
• The AMC contract will be start from second service if the kitchen or area already in use.
• The AMC contract will be start from first service if the kitchen or area newly installed.
• The AMC will be start after get proper contract agreement from consent organization for minimum two year.
• The check list will be follow as mentioned area and equipment in every service.
• Required a supervisor or maintenance staff from the consent company while we doing service to avoid other critical Problems.
• The transportation will be charge only above 20 K.M from Coimbatore.
• If we needed to do some extra work which is not mentioned in the quotation, the charges will be extra.
• The payment will be collect in the fixed date according the type of contract agreement after complete the every service.
